[HamWAN PSDR] VOTE: Dump all cash except $50 into debt

Hello, To curb our interest rate problem on about $3500 of high-interest debt, I'd like to propose we dump all cash into the debt we hold. Except $50 left in Key Bank to maintain it. This is about $1300, and will leave us unable to make further maintenance payments until more funds come in. My vote it yes. --Bart
