[HamWAN PSDR] Baldi's back on UPS power

We've had an internal thread + coordinated response on netops@ about this, but I don't think anyone's notified the PSDR list yet.  Here's the current Baldi power status: The UPS has been on battery for 16 hours 6 minutes 48 seconds. There are 28 hours 20 minutes of runtime remaining. The time remaining estimate may or may not be accurate.  We have shut down unnecessary loads.  Camera remains operational. I also attempted to setup APC PowerChute automatic power failure -> server shutdown software.  The APC appliance didn't quite work, and I need to take a 2nd pass at configuring it. It is not known at this time if this is another mains line cut, or a failure of a generator that may have been deployed. --Bart
