[HamWAN PSDR] Subnet 44.24.240.64/28 retired, new subnet is 44.25.66.64/28

This was the wireless subnet for S1.Haystack. Three existing static leases have been moved to an address in the new subnet and their host entries updated in DNS. The 2 static routes were also updated. Please report any anomalies to netops@hamwan.net. Regards, -Doug-
