Rob, these are surge protectors on the ethernet runs to the roof. Not surge protection on the power system. These are the devices I normally stock for a standard cell site.

There is currently no surge protection installed at this site. I am proposing to spend approximately $225 to purchase the protectors and we'll get them installed in the next few weeks.
