I used the Scadacore RF Line of Sight path modeling
(http://www.scadacore.com/field-tools/rf-path/rf-line-of-sight/)
This app has to be run on device that has google earth app installed, like an iPad.

Using these parameters:

Haystack    Lat:     47.808024
            Lot:    -121.727227
            Height:  3 m

My QTH      Lat:     47.722862
            Lot:    -121.925666
            Height:  10 m



From the looks of the plot, I have obstructed line of sight at 19.41 km.  So unlikely Haystack will work.  Will check out the other sites...

Do you know the MSL (height of the haystack antenna).  Seems I have missed that too...

Haystack has two of these, aimed at 0 and 240 degrees. 

There is 500mw of transmit power at the antennas. The receiver threshold is about -90dBm, but -70 is required for full speed. 

I'm always curious to hear about path modeling, if you want to share your methodology.
