[HamWAN PSDR] One node network for testing?

Hi I am currently not in your coverage. However, I want to have some understanding of the system engineering. I am thinking about setting up one “provider/cell” site in my backyard. I can’t find any details on how to do that. Any information would be appreciated. For those hardware listed in “client hardware”, could they be tuned to providing service? Thanks Kun
