I don't know which Amazon vendor his was sold through, but he mentioned it shipped from a Kentucky warehouse. I thought it would be valuable to throw out a third data point.

The vendor it sold from was Sil Micro (with Fulfillment by Amazon). If you're looking for a DynaDish, I can confirm Sil Micro's stock @ Amazon is the international version required for connecting to HamWAN.
