[HamWAN PSDR] State EMD interested in HamWan usage

State EMD Director sent out a January update at 1105 this morning. On the last page of the update is the following, with my highlighting. * Logistics is aware of certain amateur radio equipment being removed from DNR towers and is engaged with partners to identify potential impacts to emergency communications. We are requesting that, as an EOC, if you rely solely on amateur equipment on DNR towers and/or if the removal of this equipment will have impacts to your communications; please inform us at LSC.wa.mil.gov.
