I think unless someone has a snowcat, it should wait for later in the spring/summer.

A truck isn’t going to cut it in the snow on the way up to haystack. Chains or not. In this case my guess is that it’s snowmobiles/equivalent or waiting a little bit till there’s some more melt and you can drive up.
