I wanted to share a quick note about how some HamWAN users who were viewing the camera feeds this morning and spotted a small fire that had started. They reported it to the DNR, who thanked them for the first report they’d gotten on the fire, and they’ve sent a team to try and keep it small and under control. It’s estimated currently at around 50 acres, south-east of Enumclaw along highway 410.

Thank you to the folks who saw it this morning, helped the authorities with the report, as well as all the team involved in the install & maintenance of the network so we can have these awesome capabilities like multiple high resolution cameras available at several of our sites.
