Yes, it's the complete no-BS 4-bolt swap out.  Minimizes work and uncertainty in the forest.

The dish also had a 15ft vertical antenna fall onto it 2 years ago.  And it bears the dents of that impact.  :)  The ice + wind loading was so high that the antenna broke the metal pipe clamp that was securing its mast to the building.  I'm hoping to replace that antenna this summer with a shorter 4-bay offset folded dipole.  That same falling antenna is also the reason why one of the other (non-HamWAN) dishes is completely mangled right now.

This sounds like a maximum possible expenditure as its likely only one component is actually broken.
In light of this and the importance of the link, I vote yea.  I have all that equipment in stock.

Hello,

Both clients to SnoDEM.Haystack are super weak on ch0.  This implies a
fault with SnoDEM.Haystack.  I'd like to go up there with a full
dish+modem kit to swap out the whole thing and not do diagnostics on the
mountain top.  PTZ does not show any obvious physical damage to ch0
cable or dish.

I would like to draw upon existing inventory to perform this repair.
Here are the estimated costs:

Dish: $130
Shield: $100
Modem: $150
TOTAL: $380

I can do diagnostics and salvage what is possible once the faulty gear
is down on the ground.

My vote is yea.  Since this is a repair measure, only 1 more supporting
director vote is required for it to pass under our standing repair
spending rules.
