I have an average beacon strength of -72 from Lookout Mtn with a noise floor of -122

My path is 54 km and I am supposed to be above the fresnal zone.  Can't get a connection.

 

Would anyone be willing to Elmer me and speak with me on the phone and help me troubleshoot settings?
