We have quite often been affected by supply chain availability problems, and they cause difficulty with scheduling and deployment success. We've also had to pay premium prices for orders from less preferred vendors, or to cover rapid shipping, using our legacy just-in-time ordering approach. Keeping a whole site in stock at all times as a standing policy ought to eliminate these problems and allow us to respond rapidly to opportunities and emergencies.
