Correct, for the modem.. I got that off amazon and was assured by the seller that it will work anywhere.. meaning it was not region locked and that was indeed the case.
That link I posted was for the antenna/dish alone, there is no differences there, ISPSUPPLIES has them in stock and they shipped next day, and it arrived within a few days

This is apparently why all of the US suppliers I checked have to special order the ROW version and quoted me 2-3 mos, and why we wound up going to a European reseller (you still have to select the correct non-US version when ordering from them as well).
