Hello,

I'd like to get $200 approved to acquire a proper rack / cabinet for
Baldi.  We're out of space there, and currently the server and new UPS
are outside the rack.  The present rack is a very shallow telco-style
one.  I'm proposing to replace it with a deeper computer-style rack.

I expect the rack to come in around $120, with the remaining funds for
the shelves to house the legacy non-rackable equipment.
