Capitol Peak was originally spec'd to have three PtPs, one pointed south to support future expansion. During last summer's hectic deploy season we decided to reallocate the third dish purchased for Capitol Peak to another site. Now we have a need for that third dish at Capitol Peak (link to Baw Faw), so it's time to finish the job.
