[HamWAN PSDR] New HamWAN cell site - Mapleleaf Park

We are happy to announce that we have activated a new HamWAN cell site at the Mapleleaf Reservoir Park site in northeast Seattle. All three sectors are present. The cell has a primary backbone connection to Capitol Park and a backup link to Buck Mountain. We would like to recognize Seattle ACS and the City of Seattle for their support with this site.
