Haystack-S1 and Haystack-S3 have been down for most of the winter. Bart has traditionally maintained this site, but has indicated that he does not have time to make a trip to replace them. The current impediments are snow on the road and willing and able volunteers. Bart can arrange for access (keys) to the site. HamWAN is looking for:

1) A project manager to coordinate this project

2a) Volunteers capable of snow travel

2b) Or, wait until the road thaws out, any volunteers capable of standing on a ladder and swapping out a modem/antenna
