I have had two Snom phones die on me in the Seattle area. Not simultaneously, and not very recently. I would bet on bad phones myself.

Our SNOM 821's light up like a Christmas tree, have no dial tone or operative buttons and repeatedly un/re-plugging makes no difference.

I'm thinking we have a network problem of some sort. We both aim at Lookout Bellingham.
