[HamWAN PSDR] Receipt for donations to HamWAN

Good Morning. I have been advised by my tax advisor that in order to take an income tax deduction for a donation to HamWAN that a receipt from HamWAN is needed. My question is how do we acquire said receipt from HamWAN? Regards 73 de KD7RYY Marc
