Is there any kind of HamWAN access at Cougar Mountain (WA)? I tried searching the list archives, and the only recent thing I found was a note from 2017 that said HamWAN was prohibited from installing any equipment there by the site owners--not sure if that was specifically for sector equipment or even client access equipment.
