Stephen, This has been an extended issue over the spring/summer, and while we generally try to be as open as possible, I don’t want to get too deep into the mud. The summary is that there was an issue with the existing lease, we asked DNR if we could resolve it, and they were unable to give us a lease at any reasonable cost due to budgetary issues between them and the legislature, and we’ve been forced to remove our equipment from the site. HamWAN has enough budget to pay the lease had it been available and reasonable, it simply wasn’t an option. Rattlesnake has been decommissioned due to an issue with the lease at the site. There are no known alternatives/plans at the moment for a replacement. We are obviously disappointed with the situation, but always remain open to new opportunities.
