[HamWAN PSDR] Gold-S2 has been temporarily changed to non-standard freq

      Hello,

In support of CapitolPeak deployment, Gold-S2 is now on 5670MHz with a 
20MHz bandwidth.  This will be either reverted tomorrow, or stay in 
place until next Saturday.  If you have devices on it, please update them.
