[HamWAN PSDR] Trying to capture West Tiger tower repair

Hello, Given the extraordinary events of this morning: on West Tiger mtn, we have aimed the East Tiger mtn PTZ camera at the affected facility and have setup video recording to try and capture the repair process. Please help this effort succeed by not moving the camera away from the action, or overloading its feed by viewing it directly.  For anyone wanting to watch the live stream, it's available as the last video stream on http://stream.westin.hamwan.net/  (only works in Chrome).  We've already observed trucks moving around the facility this morning, and are speculating the black substance on the roof of the building is the burned debris of the antennas.
