Model T-1034C. IIRC this uses a tuned cavity, and the big lever knob in the middle lets you select from a few bands from 25MHz up to 960MHz. (25-32MHz, 32-41MHz, 41-54MHz, 130-175MHz, 400-470MHz, 890-960MHz). Additionally has the GPIB interface board, which seems rare for instruments of this vintage. No internal oscillator, but is set up to accept external 10MHz reference. When working, is a really nice counter, but took a power surge. Blew the fuse, I replaced the fuse, it powers on, but shows oddly on the display. Haven’t dug into it further than that.
