Is Haystack pointing SW towards Issaquah up? I’ve been unable to connect to Haystack from my QTH in Issquah (SW of Haystack) for the last couple of weeks. /interface wireless scan shows no network I went on the roof and see no signal on the routerboard. All connectors look good. 73 WF7U Paul
Yup, the sectors are down. There was a lightning strike and it exploded a bunch of equipment, including the main HamWAN router. --Bart On 4/26/2023 5:18 PM, Paul Sundquist wrote:

Wow - that sucks. Thanks for the quick update. I was fooled by watching the live video of cam1.haystack, but that may explain why ptz, tank, and north cams are down.

Yup, I got backbone 2 links up about 24 hours after the strike during my damage assessment visit. Got a 3rd one up today by replacing my exploded $1000 modem. *tears* The 11GHz link into Haystack remains down, as do the sectors, most of the cams (only 1 is live), and several of my SCADA modules are also destroyed so telemetry is limited. More serious repairs will likely start around June when the snow is gone. The current mode of transport is this: https://photos.app.goo.gl/iDn9LW5ZBvMRfKgcA --Bart On 4/26/2023 5:24 PM, Paul Sundquist wrote:
