Saw some riggers working on a newish looking 160' lattice tower at the
Wash. DOT Traffic Management Center in south Shoreline, just a bit north of
the Seattle/Shoreline boundary.
Not sure if the State is a willing host, but I ran a few plots thought it
was interesting enough to drop a note here. Looks like the site has
generators and is something like an EOC for managing the freeway traffic.
